Maxwell Coll

Maxwell Coll is the founder and former Editor-in-Chief of the Tulane Journal of International Affairs.

Maxwell is a 2011 Tulane graduate, having majored in history and international relations. He was born in New Delhi, and has since lived in London and Washington. While an undergraduate, Maxwell was also a news editor for the Tulane Hullabaloo, and a constituent services intern at United States Senator Mary Landrieu's New Orleans office.
